By creating an account or using Yatrikk, you agree to these terms.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date
• Keep your login credentials secure
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account
• One account per person

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the app or infringe anyone's rights
• Don't upload unlawful, harmful, hateful or infringing content
• Don't attempt to breach security, scrape, or disrupt the service

Content you create

You own the content you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, store and display it so we can operate the app — for example, to show your memories back to you, or your shared community posts to other travellers.

Bookings

Packages, prices and offers shown in the app are indicative until confirmed by our team and the relevant suppliers.

Subscriptions & billing

Yatrikk Pro is a paid subscription billed in advance on a recurring basis via our payment partners (Razorpay on the web; the App Store / Google Play in the apps). Prices are shown before purchase and renew automatically until cancelled. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Travel carries inherent risks that remain your responsibility.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
